    My name is Regina Askia Williams . Its been 8 years now in New York ...time
really does fly. I have lived most of my life in Nigeria where I was once
Miss Nigeria ( or Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria ) and on that platform
represented Nigeria around the world in beauty pageants that took me from Russia
to Japan and around the world. This started as a modeling career to see myself
through school then led to the zany world of haute couture and television. I
finally graduated in Biology , produced and presented several shows on Nigerian
television , still act Nigerian films. I have been an activist for education and
awareness on health issues and youth empowerment in Nigeria. My hobbies include
painting, scriptwriting, sewing and traveling with my three beautiful children .
I'm thankful to God for all good things.Apart from medical school , I run Regine Promotions - we produce television programs and organize events and shows in the New York triborough (my staff on a contract basis for now). There is also DESCOM ( Development Support Communication ) a non profit organization geared towards our humanitarian community service. |
Regine Fashions is a budding hobby to promote and preserve
African couture. My three kids are my delight, and its hard to believe they are already
leaving home. It broke my heart to kiss my sixteen year old goodbye- relocating
to France , 2 years in boarding school and then college. However the other two
keep me too busy to worry too much. Events like 6 year old Teesa shaving her
little brother 4 yr old baby Rudy - hair, eyebrows , eye lashes , everything .
Her reason, He is man mommy that's what men are supposed to do.

Its my Daddy and me I was always Daddys girl till my little Sister was born ....things changed . At least i had him for a few minutes this day i got married begin heading My Sisters ...some of them... My Lil brother & his bride My little brother Hephzibah and his wife Obot...cute couple , may God bless them .Amazing. how Mom is now the smallest in the house. Ms Imekan Attah to the left ( a cousin ) and Mrs Iyke Awili to the right and from the scarf ...of course you know its another sister . That's her baby there ,Joy apparently she's had enough of the show Mom and Dad There goes the scarf .... There goes Mom and Dad ...So many beautiful years and precious memories . Thanks Mom and Dad for making us who we are today ......Tand we pray to pass on same to our children Amen ? ....Amen .Oh no...that's not all...there's more relatives and in laws coming up ...sometime soon .
